Dispatch Times
Themed Guest Books, Photo Albums and Post Boxes generally take up to 14 working days to be dispatched, however during busy periods can take up to 21 working days.
All of these products are handcrafted and custom made to individual requirements so please ensure you order well in advance of your special occasion.
If your order is urgent, feel free to contact me to see if I can accommodate you.
2021/22 Collection & Alternative Range these are dispatched within 7 working days.
Acrylics these can take up to 6 weeks depending on stock levels and whether we have to order in from our supplier.
Sarah Mae Artworks Greeting Cards these are dispatched within 48 hours.
Postage Services
All single Guest Books, Photo Albums and Card Post Boxes are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service unless you have upgraded. This service takes between 3-5 working days.
Postage upgrades are available:
1st Class Signed For takes 1-2 days
Express Delivery is a guaranteed next day service.
Orders over 2kg are dispatched using Hermes who offer a 3-5 day delivery service. Three attempts will be made to your address and each time a card will be left, if the delivery of your order has not been made in that time your order will be returned to me and so you will incur extra postage costs for it to be resent.
Greeting cards are sent 2nd class which takes 3-5 days.
Postage upgrades are available:

Express Delivery is a guaranteed next day service.
Any overseas customers wishing to purchase should contact me for an accurate shipping quote.
Late Deliveries I cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. I always ensure orders are dispatched within the amount of time needed according to Royal Mail guidelines so please ensure you choose the correct postage option.
Damaged deliveries If the contents of your parcel arrive damaged please contact me immediately. In order for me to send out a replacement I will require photographs of the damaged product for the service provider to investigate.
Returns
All products are made to your own requirements and personalised therefore if your order has been made exactly as you have requested and there are no flaws in the workmanship or errors in the printing then no refund will be provided.
I am not perfect and am only human so although most of the time I get things right there is the odd occasion where a mistake is made and in this instance I will do all I can to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any problems at all with your purchase you should contact me within 48 hours of receipt.
